With nine years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I blend a diverse range of massage treatments with holistic energy work to provide personalized, healing experiences for each client.
Having experienced pain and dysfunction firsthand, I am deeply committed to compassionate care that addresses the whole person. My wellness journey began after suffering debilitating back pain following twelve years in the administrative field. Through skilled practitioners, I found relief and discovered my passion for healing and the body’s natural ability to recover. I understand the frustration of feeling like your body isn’t cooperating, which helps me connect deeply with those I serve.
My approach is intuitive and tailored, blending medium to firm pressure with slow, controlled movements to work deeply into the soft tissue while guiding my clients’ breathing. This method allows the body to fully absorb the treatment without overwhelming the nervous system. Each session is thoughtfully paced to ensure that all areas of concern are thoroughly addressed.
I am dedicated to lifelong learning and regularly seek mentorship and workshops to further enhance my skills. Currently, I am pursuing my Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Level 3 certification, a powerful mind-body technique that helps release emotional blocks and manage pain. I also collaborate with trusted professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists to offer the most comprehensive care.
